Dr. Briana Botsford is a Naturopathic Doctor who works with athletic women and their families to maintain their physical and mental health. She has a passion for working with patients who are motivated to make sustainable changes in their lives to achieve radiant energy and vibrant health.

She works with athletes with injuries and motivated older adults with degenerative arthritis using prolotherapy and platelet rich plasma injection techniques.

Katie loves talking all things nutrition! With all the “interesting” nutrition information out there, it can get confusing with who we should listen to.

Katie is a Registered Dietitian who is passionate about empowering her patients to learn how to fuel their unique body and its needs.

Diagnosed with Celiac disease at the age of 16, cooking and experimenting with food became a passion. She learned how to create simple, nutritious meals and loves teaching others how food can help them feel their best. Ensuring our meals stay simple yet delicious is one of Katie’s favorite niches to focus on. 

Katie loves working with a wide range of nutrition concerns. With her background as a National level gymnast, college level volleyball player, and qualified Team Canada Triathlete member, Katie specializes in sports nutrition and teaching patients how to properly fuel their training.

From her own journey following her Celiac diagnosis, Katie has great experience working through GI challenges including nutrition around Celiac disease, food intolerances, and bowel concerns. She has 5 years experience in outpatient counselling where she supported patients in improving their relationship with food, worked with women going through peri- and post menopause and helped individuals navigate a wide range of other chronic health conditions. Her approach is to provide the most individual and personalized plan to support each patient’s unique health needs, lifestyle, and goals. Katie is here to help you balance all of your nutrition goals while making sure to save room for a few slices of chocolate cake. 

Outside of work you will find her training for trail runs or half marathons, cooking and baking up a storm, and making up any excuse to host a party and try out a few new recipes!

Michelle Jeannotte is a Family/All Ages Nurse Practitioner. She graduated in 2007 with her BScN from the University of Alberta. As an RN she has worked primarily in Home Care and in Primary Care. She graduated in 2013 with her MN: ANP from Athabasca University.

Michelle is passionate about many things. She specialises in medical and cosmetic dermatology. In 2020, she completed the Worldlink Bioidentical Hormone program. She decided to take this certification course to better help her clients identify hormonal imbalances and offer effective treatments. She practices wholistically, and looks at the full patient picture when making treatment plans and diagnoses. She is also passionate about women’s health and children’s health. She offers full physical exams and can see patients for acute and chronic needs.

When she isn’t at work, she is busy chasing her two young children around. She enjoys running, skiing, swimming and the great outdoors. She has a weakness for chocolate and a good novel.

As a Naturopathic Doctor, Dr. Briana Lutz provides family medicine with a special focus in women’s health, fertility and perinatal care. Dr. Dominique Paradis is a Naturopathic Doctor whose purpose is to support individuals and families in feeling like their best selves. She practices general family medicine with a special interest in women’s health including period problems, PMS, perimenopause and perinatal care. She has a passion for working with patients to improve their mental health and enjoys working with folks all throughout their lifespan.

Dr. Paradis loves to work with athletes and active people. She is especially passionate about supporting young to seasoned athletes with their health throughout their athletic pursuits. With a personal background in long distance road running, cycling and triathlon, you can now find her trail running or on a gravel or mountain bike most days of the week. She loves to challenge herself to learn new skills and challenge her own limits. She is an avid outdoor enthusiast and has been enjoying the mountains as often as possible since moving to Alberta in 2022.

Optimal health can be a challenging aspect in life and Dr. Paradis makes it her genuine goal to listen to her patients’ concerns and provide realistic and actionable strategies to help them thrive. Dr. Jules Passy has roots in Southern Ontario and graduated from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in 2014. She moved to Edmonton in 2020 and has raised her 2 daughters here. Prior to joining the Flow team, she practiced as a Naturopathic Doctor on Vancouver Island for 6 years.

Over time, she has developed a special interest in gastrointestinal diseases, women’s health and hormones conditions (PMS and menstrual concerns, PCOS, Perimenopause, preconception and postpartum), weight management and mental wellness. Her primary goals are to connect with and truly understand her patients to help them make realistic and sustainable changes to benefit their health. She was inspired to be a Naturopathic Doctor after a long and intensive career in sports followed by her undergraduate training in a hospital working with cardiovascular patients. She has a strong passion for helping others and strives to empower patients to feel good about themselves, inside and out.

Her treatments focus on the fundamentals of naturopathic medicine, starting with a foundation in nutritional and lifestyle counselling.
